Coordinator

The Client Relations Coordinator plays a pivotal role, serving as the interface between our clients and our luxury chauffeur service.

Key Responsibilities:
 

- Serve as the primary point of contact, delivering an exceptional client experience

- Provide timely personalised quotes to clients, with meticulous attention to detail

- Process and manage incoming booking requests from end to end by email and phone

- Maintain and update client relationship management systems and booking systems (CRMs)

- Act as a communication hub, expertly routing customer enquiries to appropriate departments

- Collaborate seamlessly with the Control Room, Tours Department and Sales team

- Resolve client queries and potential booking complications with efficiency and diplomacy

- Play a key role in onboarding new clients and nurturing relationships with existing clients

- Support event planning and special client requirements

- Undertake general administrative duties as required

- Maintain awareness of and adhere to Company policies, including data protection and confidentiality protocols

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of client engagement strategies

 

Person Specification

Essential Qualifications and Skills:
 

- Exceptional customer service skills with a proven ability to engage luxury clientele

- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

- Impeccable attention to detail and professional accuracy

- Demonstrated ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook)

- Knowledge of working with CRMs

- Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

- Strong geographic knowledge of Edinburgh and Scotland

- Proven problem-solving capabilities with critical thinking skills

- Ability to maintain composure and deliver high-quality service under pressure

- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and duties

- GCSE or equivalent educational qualifications

 

Desirable Qualifications and Skills:
 

- Previous experience in ground transportation, hospitality services or travel industry

- Interest in travel and tourism industries

- Experience of engaging with high-net-worth client bases

- Understanding of luxury services

- Previous experience of HubSpot CRM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £24,500.00-£28,000.00 per year
