We deliver exceptional chauffeur drive and concierge services to corporate and leisure clients, groups, events, conferences, and roadshows. As we expand, we’re looking for a driven professional to contribute to our continued success.
- Provide administrative support to the Sales Manager and Corporate Development and Strategy Director
- Assist in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies
- Maintain client relationships and ensure the CRM system is up to date
- Research potential new business opportunities
- Proactively engage with potential customers by following up on warm leads to secure bookings and drive new business.
- Manage appointments and diaries
- Book and organise resources for exhibitions and events
- Liaise with Operations, Groups Departments, and other stakeholders
- Sales driven with a proactive mindset
- Experienced in providing excellent customer service, with a strong focus on meeting customer needs and ensuring satisfaction.
- Self motivated, enthusiastic and a great team player
- Highly organised and efficient
- An excellent communicator
- Tenacious and resilient
- Experienced in hospitality, travel, or tourism
