Driving Excellence at Scottish Golf Tourism Week

Last week, The Chester Hotel in Aberdeen hosted Scottish Golf Tourism Week — and Edinburgh Executive Travel was right at the heart of the action.

Representing us were Andrea Sweeney and Thomas Johnston, who attended the event to showcase our luxury transport services and connect with leaders from across the golfing world.

The timing couldn’t have been better, with the recent launch of EET Golf — our new premium service tailored specifically for golfers across East Lothian and beyond.

Designed for both visitors and local golf enthusiasts, EET Golf will have vehicles and drivers positioned in the East Lothian area for the golf season, to transfer golfers between the local clubs and hotels. We also offer bespoke tour itineraries for non golfers and down days, spacious luxury vehicles with ample storage for clubs, and seamless transfers between Scotland’s other iconic courses.

Throughout the week, Andrea and Thomas met with UK and worldwide Golf Tour Operators, golf club managers, and event organisers to highlight how EET Golf is redefining the travel experience for players, guests, and corporate groups alike.

Andrea shared: Scottish Golf Tourism Week was the perfect platform to introduce EET Golf. We had fantastic conversations with clubs and tour operators who are excited about offering their guests something extra special—from arrival to the 18th hole and beyond.

Whether it’s chauffeured transfers for golf days and events or luxury tours for overseas visitors, EET Golf is already proving to be a popular option for Scottish golf fans!

If you connected with Andrea or Thomas during the event — or would like to explore how EET Golf can support you and your clients — we’d love to hear from you!
