Driving Change: How We Reached 50% Women in Our Workforce 

This time last year, 29% of our workforce at Edinburgh Executive Travel were women. Today, we’re proud to say that number has risen to 50%—and, just as importantly, we have a zero gender pay gap.

On International Women’s Day 2025, we’re taking a moment to celebrate this milestone!

Achieving gender balance wasn’t about hitting a target—it was about creating an inclusive environment where talent, skill, and ambition thrive, regardless of gender. Over the past year, we’ve:

- Actively recruited more women into roles across the business.

- Reviewed our pay policies to ensure fairness.

- Invested in training and career development, ensuring all our team have equal access to growth opportunities.

- Fostered a workplace culture that values flexibility, inclusivity, and career progression for all.
